Return & Refund

All consumers at Global Import Export Goods LLC Shop are given a 14-day return period. The majority of things can be requested for return within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be shipped to our facility in Canada.

How to Cancel an Order:

We only accept cancellations of orders that have already started the processing process. Order cancellation requests will not be fulfilled once the order has been packed or sent; instead, our 14-day return policy will apply.

Order cancellation requests must be made through the submission of a cancellation ticket; requests made via any other methods of contact, such as email, will not be honoured.

About our 14 Days Return Policy:

Use a trackable shipping service to have the package returned if you decide to change your mind and want to return the item to us under our 14-day return policy to prevent any loss or dispute.

If a manufacturer’s defect causes your product to be flawed, malfunctioning, or dead on delivery, Global Import Export Goods LLC will set up a courier pick-up service for you to send the product back to us.

Please go to the “RMA (Return Material Arrangement)” website, fill out the form, and submit it to seek a return.

*Any item returned during transit is entirely the customer’s responsibility. Global Import Export Goods LLC is not responsible for any missing or damaged return shipments that occur during transit.

The following requirements must be met regardless of the cause for the return: – The item was purchased from Global Import Export Goods LLC
– You have our approval for your request; – You have submitted the return request (RMA ticket) within 14 calendar days after receiving the item.
– A copy of your receipt or invoice is included with the returned item.
– The product is sent back in its original packing and in the same state that you received it (including all accessories, all materials, price taps, free gift etc.)
– The product is delivered back to Global Import Export Goods LLC within 14 calendar days of the authorization of your return request.

**Due to health and hygiene concerns, personal care items like shavers and facial massagers, as well as headphones and earphones, are not eligible for our 14-day return policy.

About Refund:

Global Import Export Goods LLC will give a refund within 14 business days after receiving your returned package.
The payment method used to place your order will get a refund. You’ll get a refund notification email after the refund is processed.

The following requirements must be met in order to receive a complete refund or replacement: – The item was purchased through Global Import Export Goods LLC.
– You have submitted an RMA ticket for the return request.
– We have approved your request, as you requested.
– You sent back the item along with a copy of the invoice or receipt.
– You’ve sent your item back in the same state and packing that you received it in (including all accessories, all materials, price taps, free gift etc.)

– The item is returned within 14 days after the request is authorized.
– The return reason(s) is/are due to Global Import Export Goods LLC-related issues


Further Notes on the Return Policy:

– To ensure that the items, accessories, and manufacturer’s packaging are returned in their original, undamaged state, you must handle them with reasonable care.

– We reserve the right to reject a return and determine that an item has been handled improperly.

– The cost of returning the item to the client is their responsibility if the return is considered undesirable and is refused.

– Unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for any physical loss or damage to the goods during return transit since no insurance will be provided. If you’d like, you can pay for the insured postage and return the item to our USA warehouse.

Liquid crystal displays (LCDs) by their very nature can only be returned if:

In every place, five or more dead or bright pixels are discernible.
There are 3 or more dead or bright pixels within 3mm of one another.

– If an item or accessories are missing from your package, we will resend them to you after consulting with the courier.
