- Introduction
A holding firm and internet retailer, Global Import Export Goods LLC
The final say in how the Terms and Conditions are interpreted belongs to Global Import Export Goods LLC.
Additionally, Global Import Export Goods LLC retains the right to modify these Terms & Conditions.
Definition under these Terms & Conditions, section 1.1 (T&C)
“The Company,” “We,” “Us,” and “Our” all refer to Global Import Export Goods LLC.
“You,” “Customer,” and “Buyer” refer to the person who purchases something from our website.
The terms “goods,” “product,” and “item” refer to anything you view and can buy on our website.
“Account” refers to the user’s Global Import Export Goods LLC registration.
Business days and working days are the days between Monday and Friday but do not include any public holidays in the USA.
“Handling time” refers to the amount of time it takes to handle an order from the time Global Import Export Goods LLC gets it until the courier picks it up.
“Delivery time” refers to the amount of time it takes for a delivery to be made once an order has left our USA warehouse.
Qualification to Buy
When placing an order, Global Import Export Goods LLC only accepts consumers who are at least 18 years old. Only a parent or legal guardian can place an injunction on behalf of a minor under the age of 18.
- Payment and Price
2.1 Currency
We give our international consumers the choice of paying in several currencies (USD, GBP, SGD, or AUD).
** You might have to pay an extra fee if your chosen currency differs from the one on the credit card you use to make the purchase because of the exchange rate your card issuer or bank charged. Global Import Export Goods LLC is not responsible for any additional fees and has no control over these fees.
2.2 Payment Procedure
PayPal is a payment method that customers can use to complete an order.
2.3 Pricing Mistake
We collaborate closely and regularly check the pricing. However, Global Import Export Goods LLC maintains the right to refuse to fulfil an order and to cancel it in the unlikely event that the product pricing is inaccurate.
2.4 Price
The price listed on the website represents the total cost of the item. If your order is entirely made up of low-value items, such as accessories like screen protectors, cords, and phone cases, additional shipping fees may be charged.
- Shipment and Delivery
3.1 Shipment Providers
The couriers and routes are chosen by Global Import Export Goods LLC. Customers will be able to track the status of every order’s shipment thanks to trackable shipping.
3.2 Order Processing
Global Import Export Goods LLC will proceed to fulfil an order with an expected handling time of 2–5 business days after receiving confirmation that payment was completed. This holds true for every item on hand.
3.3 Delivery Period
5 to 10 business days after your product is shipped from our USA warehouse, is the approximate time for delivery.
Any external variables that affect the delivery time are not within Global Import Export Goods LLC’s control and are not subject to liability (courier delays, bad weather, customs checks or other uncontrollable circumstances etc.).
3.4 Delivery Liability
Except in cases where a client has purchased insurance coverage for the shipment, Global Import Export Goods LLC is not responsible for any loss or damage to packages sustained during transit.
Courier services are entirely responsible for transporting any parcels. Only physical loss or damage to a package during transit is covered by courier services, and only up to the maximum responsibility allowed by the terms and conditions of their service. Global Import Export Goods LLC has no influence on the final compensation a courier business would offer; it can only help with the claim procedure.
- Order Cancellation
4.1 Cancel Order
Order cancellation is only accepted if your order is in the processing status and has not been packed yet. Cancellation requests for orders should be made by submitting a Cancellation Ticket. Cancellation through any other means such as email or phone will not be acknowledged or processed.
Once the order is packed and/or picked up by the courier for the preparation of the shipping process, customers can only request a return instead of order cancellation. Any return fee, including administration and return shipping fees, are borne by the buyer. All goods returned must be packaged in good and original condition, unused, and unopened within 14 calendar days.
- Return and Refund
5.1 Return Policy
Global Import Export Goods LLC offers a 14 Days Return Policy for all customers upon delivery of the shipment. In some cases, there could administrative fees and restocking fees applicable on return orders.Global Import Export Goods LLC is also not liable for any loss or damage to return shipments in transit.
**Due to health and hygiene issues, personal and health care products (i.e. shavers, facial massagers etc.), headphones and earphones are not covered by our 14 Days Return Policy.
5.2 Requests for a Return
Return requests can only be submitted on the page of “RMA (Return Material Arrangement)”. We don’t accept any other methods to request a return.
5.3 Conditions for a Return
– The item is bought from Global Import Export Goods LLC
– You have submitted the return request (RMA ticket) within 14 calendar days of receiving the item.
– You have received our authorization for your request.
– The item is returned with a copy of your receipt/invoice.
– The item is returned with the original packaging and in the condition as how you received it (including all accessories, all materials, price taps, free gift etc.)
– The item is returned within 14 calendar days after the request is authorized.
5.4 Refund
Upon receiving your returned parcel, our Technical Team will conduct an inspection process. Once this has been completed,Global Import Export Goods LLC will issue a refund, within 14 business days. Any refund will be made to the selected payment method used to place the order.
- Warranty
12 Months Warranty service is provided by Global Import Export Goods LLC In-House Technical Team. All products bought from Global Import Export Goods LLC are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
6.1 Register warranty
All orders are automatically registered for Global Import Export Goods LLC In-House warranty, with the valid warranty claim date shown on the invoice.
6.2 Global Import Export Goods LLC Warranty Covers
12-months parts and labour costs for the repair of:
– Manufacturer’s defects or faults in production, which lead to product malfunctioning.
– Faults in the material of the product, which lead to product malfunctioning.
1-month parts and labour costs for the repair of a fault in the material of Rechargeable Batteries.
6.3 Exclusions to Warranty Terms
“1-month” warranty for camera accessories, mobile and tablet accessories, computer accessories, games, gaming controllers, audio cables, card readers
“6 months” warranty for waterproof cases and flash remotes
“Not Covered Categories” include:
– Consumable goods (such as Batteries, Inst ax camera films)
-Product that are not electronic or items which do not consume electricity (e.g. Bags, Lens Hoods, and audio accessories “Except audio cables which come with a 1-month warranty”)
-Network Carrier Issues (e.g. SIM Card, availability, coverage, service, range) of mobile phones and tablets
-Any issues caused by the firmware or software, modification to operating systems, rooted or jailbroken phones or tablets
-Gadgets accessories
-Accessories in the box
Global Import Export Goods LLC also points out which situations are not covered in these warranty terms.

6.4 Special Note for the Warranty of Specific Categories
The below categories have special warranty terms. For details, please refer to the “Warranty” page.
– 3rd Party lenses (Sigma, Tamron, Tokina etc.)
– Waterproof Cameras/ Casings / Bags
– Waterproof Cases
– Waterproof Mobile Phones
– Remote Controllable Toys
Global Import Export Goods LLC will not be held liable for any defect on- or damage to any other item(s) used in conjunction.
6.7 Submit a Warranty Claim
Application for warranty service must be submitted through the “RMA (Return Material Arrangement)” page.
Some information may be required when you apply for a warranty claim case:
– Your order id to validate the warranty period of your item.
– IMEI or Serial number if any
– Detailed description of your issues, plus images or videos showing the defective reasons for us to better understand your case.
6.8 Liability of Warranty
Global Import Export Goods LLC shall not be liable to:
– Postage fees of items sent back to our USA warehouse.Global Import Export Goods LLC only bears the shipping fees for sending an item back to you, plus the parts and labour costs under the Warranty’s Terms and Conditions.
– Any data and information loss and corrupted files during the repair process
– Any changes in settings or the system (firmware/software update) during the repair process
– Any delays due to non-controllable factors (parts of element shortages, bad weather, and shipping carrier delays etc.)
- Products
7.1 Items’ State
All of the things we sell are 100% genuine and are only available in brand-new condition.
7.2 Packaging
Our inventory is supplied internationally, therefore products may arrive in packaging that is different from that of your local products. Different languages displayed on the box, different languages in the manual and/or user guide (if any), and a different country’s standard plug for charging are just a few examples of possible variances. We guarantee that every item will function properly and speak English, just like a locally bought item would. If necessary, a travel adaptor will also be included.
7.3 Bulk Package, (White Box Lens)
In certain occasions, camera lenses may be featured for sale on our website along with a white box for packaging (in these cases, the product name will clearly mention this). This indicates that a camera kit set package has been opened to remove the lens. It is brand-new and is typically referred to as a white box or a bulk shipment. The lenses in the original packing are identical in terms of functionality.
7.4 LTE/3G Frequency Bands on mobiles, tablets and other drives
Customers are responsible for checking with their network carriers or providers to ensure that the device they are intending to purchase can be used regularly with their selected carrier or provider. All Frequency Bands are shown on our product’s page if they are appropriate to the device. Any network-related problems are not covered by our 14-day return policy’s full refund guarantee.
7.5 Inspection of Products
We would like to ensure that all items are delivered to you in perfect quality. From time to time,Global Import Export Goods LLC will have random checks and testing when new stock arrives at our warehouse from our suppliers. The purpose of this action is to minimize dead on arrival (DOA) and defective cases. As a result, goods may not be sealed due to random inspection.
- Customs and Import duty
The delivery of every item ordered from Global Import Export Goods LLC is free of charge. The order cost indicated on the checkout page is the total cost.
When you make a purchase from Global Import Export Goods LLC, it implies you give us permission to arrange for the products in your order to be cleared by customs on your behalf.
- Personal Data
We protect your personal information and data with necessary and acceptable security measures. We never give away, rent, or sell any of your personal information to any parties.
- Governing Law
You accept these Terms and Conditions by using the Global Import Export Goods LLC website and making purchases there. USA Law shall govern and be followed in interpreting any Terms.
The total value of the items delivered in accordance with the terms shall be the maximum Global Import Export Goods LLC responsibility in contract, tort, or otherwise arising out of the subject matter of the contract.
v will be responsible for any losses you suffer as a result of us breaching these conditions if the losses were reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using the website, or a contract for the sale of goods by us to you was formed. We will not be responsible for any business losses (including the loss in profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss that is not reasonably foreseeable to either you or us when you commenced using the website or when a contract for the sale of goods by us to you was formed.
- Waiver
If you violate these terms and we do nothing about it, we will still be able to use our rights and remedies if you violate these terms again.
